Anxiety & Stress Therapy
If your mind constantly races, if relaxing feels impossible even when nothing is technically wrong, or if you feel like you're carrying more than anyone realizes — you're not alone, and this is something we can work on together.
What This Can Look Like
Anxiety and chronic stress show up differently for everyone. Some common experiences I hear from clients:
Overthinking or replaying conversations and decisions
Feeling "on edge" even during calm moments
Trouble sleeping or shutting your brain off at night
Physical tension — tight chest, clenched jaw, stomach knots
Burnout from work, caregiving, or simply holding too much for too long
A sense that something bad is about to happen, even without a clear reason
How We Work Through It Together
Therapy isn't about eliminating stress from your life — it's about changing your relationship to it. In our work together, we may draw on:
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) — identifying and shifting the thought patterns that fuel anxiety
ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) — learning to make room for difficult feelings without letting them run the show
Mind-body somatic practices — nervous system-informed work that addresses the body, not just the thoughts
Every person's anxiety has a different root and a different rhythm, so our approach will be shaped around what you're actually experiencing, not a one-size-fits-all script.
A Space Without Judgment
You don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out. Many clients come to me exhausted from holding everything together — this is a space to finally set some of that down.
